Product Information

How much does Phototile® cost?

Three tiles cost $28. Each extra tile (beyond three) is $8. So for example, 6 tiles would be $52.

How big are the tiles?

We only offer square (8 inches by 8 inches). It’s 0.75 inch thick. Split panel sizes: 24 inches by 8 inches.

APP/Website Instruction

Is there a minimum photo resolution recommended?

It should be at least 600 by 600 pixels. Lower resolution photos will result in blurry and grainy canvases.

How to make one photo with three tiles (Split Panel)?

At the tile review page, simply tap on the photos you would like to create as split panel tiles. The 3 split panel options will appear on top of the screen.

Can I edit and adjust my photos?

Of course! On the editing page, select any tile to adjust which part to be printed.

Which browser and operating systems does Phototile® support?

We support Android, iOS, and Google Chrome for desktop.

How do tiles stick?

There is a mounting stripe of 1/8” x 1/2” x 7.5” sticky pad on the back of each tile. You peel the protective paper off and stick the tile to the wall. Peel. Stick. Decorate.

Can I remove the tiles?

Yes! Phototile® is designed to be removable. Just twist them off the wall and stick them somewhere else. You can try out different layouts. So unleash your creativity.

Will Phototile® damage my walls?

Nope, we love walls. So no damage! (It works well for most walls. For some wallpapers or delicate surfaces, it may damage some substrates upon removal.)

Do the mounting sticky pads wear out?

It almost never happens. However, if they do wear out, let us know and we’ll send you new ones.

Is there any kind of wall that isn’t recommended for Phototile®?

It works for the majority of wall types, and wall surfaces that are clean, dry and smooth without dirt and dust are the best! However, we don’t recommend sticking them on bump wall and wallpaper, which might influence the stickiness.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and/or military addresses?

We do ship to P.O Boxes but unfortunately, we do not ship to military addresses.

How fast will my order arrive?

4 – 8 days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Phototile ships in the United States. It’s always free.

Payment Information

What are your payment options?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. We do not accept discover.

Why am I charged a transaction fee?

We only receive the exact amount of the order. However, for a few orders, a transaction fee might be charged by the credit card issuer to process foreign transactions, and the percentage depends on the bank. Commonly, this fee is listed separately on the card statement.

After-sales Service

Could I re-edit or change the photos after the order is placed?

We’re sorry that once you place the order, the photos can’t be re-edited or changed. As a result, please make sure that all the cropping and filters are what you want beforehand.
